The aromas on this brand new Rosé is reminiscent of the "Funk" but takes you to a café in Paris in the springtime on the palate!  While a strange juxtaposition at first, the light fruit and floral notes of this Rosé makes it one of the most complex wines of the spring.  We have noticed that the funk tends to calm down after being open for a bit so if you prefer "subtle funk" like Jodi, then leave it in the glass for a bit.
