Returns & Cancellations

We are able to cancel orders for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped. To cancel an order, please email us HERE with your order number or call us at 509-876-4343.

Due to the temperature sensitive nature of wine, we are usually not able to accept returns on orders that have already been delivered. The exception would be if we are responsible for the error (i.e., an incorrect wine was sent). To inquire further about this policy, please email email us HERE or call us at 509-876-4343.
