After being handed an opportunity to source Roussanne, Josh set out to create a wine that is acid-driven, crisp, and light-bodied. While often blended, this vintage stands on its own with flavors of Meyer lemon and ripe lime, white flowers, and a wisp of honeycomb. Pair with sushi or a sous vide pork chop. Drink 2023-2026.
