2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

You may have tasted our gorgeous 2018 Chardonnay and our "Monster" 2018 Syrah from E'ritage Vineyard at some point and this Cabernet follows suit with enticing aromas of black cherry, bakers chocolate, and a hint of sagebrush followed by a palate of bright and mouthwatering blackberries, cherries, and Damson plums. It's a cornucopia of mixed dark fruits with the tannins you would expect from a big Cab. An age worthy wine that will pair well with any cut of red meat!
