2023 Holiday Barrel Brunch

A holiday tradition! 4 courses carefully crafted by Chef Nathan Carlson of FU Burger and Where There's Food Eat It paired with Smoky Rose Cellars vino including our unreleased 2022 Blanc de Noirs, brand new 2022 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir, two other wines yet to be chosen and of course barrel sampling with the winemaker!

Course One:  Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast with Roasted Cherry Tomato and Herbs paired with our 2022 Blanc de Noirs

Course Two:  Smokey Poutine~ French Fries topped with Cheese Curds, Smoked Brisket, Gravy, and a Fried Egg paired with our 2021 Petit Verdot

Course Three:  Foie Gras French Toast with Wine Preserved Cherries paired with our 2021 Eyes Right

Course Four:  Creme Brulee with Berries and Bacon Mille Feuille paired with our 2022 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir
