2020 Syrah

This wine continues to impress...having come from the same vineyard since we began producing.  The aromas and flavors just get deeper and darker as the vines mature and this 3rd harvest of Block 10 comes in bearing aromas of forest floor, black and blue fruits, and purple flowers followed by full flavors of red fruit preserves (raspberries, cherries, currants, cranberries) and uncured salami.  The finish is long and satisfying with a reductive note that makes you want to sit by the fireplace and relax.  Drink 2023-2030.
